Welcome to relaxing outdoor yoga in Rantasalmi and shores of Lake Saimaa.
Yoga practice moves the body gently from one asana to another, following the rhythm of our breathing to attain a state of total relaxation, which will enable strengthening of the whole body. An invigorating Vinyasa Yoga class helps to connect body and mind, calm the nervous system and relieve stress.
The class is held in Saimaa Shala, approx. 10km from the centre of Rantasalmi village. You will receive the driving instructions after booking the lesson.
